San Agustin Vell

Menorca: Archaeology San Agustin Vell

San Agustin Vell site; to reach Sant Agusti, we will take the road that leads to the beaches of Santo Tomás and Sant Adeodato. At approximately 15 km, we will take a turn to the right that leads to the Sant Agusti estate. We must leave the estate's houses to one side and continue a little over half a kilometer along a small, very narrow rural path.

Sant Agusti Vell was a large settlement in its prime. From this period, we can still see three talaiots, a series of dwelling circles, and some hypostyle halls, as well as a taula (currently very damaged). The settlement was walled.
